Guidelines for happiness

"Look out. Turn to the outside. Be vigilant in all situations. Taste. Taste experiences.
- Self-acceptance. Self-pity. Accepting yourself as is. Are valued as a person, regardless of what you get (material goods, care for others, etc). Generate warm feelings and self-affirmation. Stop comparisons with others. Have fewer public mind our presence: not so concerned about how others see us.
- Trying to be brave. Voluntary act and afraid, knowing the risk and accepting the possibility of not achieving the targets set for the good of oneself and others.
- Educating the ability to promote recreational activities.
- Promoting friendship and deep and intimate relationships. Sensitivity and openness to others' pain.
- directly increase pleasure in both the present and the past and anticipating the future.
- Sorry. Forgive past experiences.
- Optimism.
- Set goals that are consistent with what we need. If you meet our requirements will increase our vitality.
