On 17 February, following a call signed by representatives of 13 Mexican civil organizations, was held in the Auditorium of the Agustín Pro Center for Human Rights a first meeting of representatives of civil organizations and social movements in Mexico off climate change and the COP-16. With the participation of 57 persons, was held a large meeting, full of concern about the issue. There was unanimous agreement to meet for the second time and for this, a group of commissioners of the meeting has drafted the following activities. Welcome, welcome, fraternal colleagues in civilian agencies to share concerns and identifying opportunities for joint action. Objectives
1 Reflecting on options in Mexico's civil action against global climate change phenomenon and its impact on the country and for influencing national policy attention to this phenomenon.
2 Explore ways of collaboration and joint action on climate change and public action on the issue.

groups are invited to have ongoing initiatives and to briefly comment that, given a reasonable time to each initiative, at the scheduled time. Each group or set of groups invited to the way we have considered.
recommend to anyone who wants to submit some, to describe it succinctly in a letter sheet in an amount 50 copies, to streamline its distribution to participants of the meeting.
