Maiden World Day Terra Madre
Slow Food, as part of the celebration of the first global day of Terra Madre, invited on Dec. 10 to create and culinary activities with their own local food. The aim is to give life to a global community event ever held, celebrating the diversity of food in the world, the development of sustainable food, knowledge and cultural flavors and food production just with the environment.
